The Virginia Rural Center is a collaborative partnership of the Center for Rural Virginia and the Council for Rural Virginia. These Boards of Directors of these two organizations form the leadership of the Virginia Rural Center. In joint meetings, the bodies provide insight on the activities and direction of the Virginia Rural Center, with day-to-day actions led by the executive director.
